Read full review →Measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger. Under 17 cm, small hand (compact mouse); 17-19 cm, medium (almost any); over 19 cm, large (avoid small mice). A badly sized mouse forces you to tense or stretch your fingers all day.
If you already have wrist discomfort, yes: the "handshake" position reduces forearm rotation and relieves strain. The downside is a week to adjust and some lost fine precision. For design, a large classic ergonomic mouse is usually a better balance.
