Is it compatible with any monitor?
Compatible with any monitor that has VESA 75×75 or 100×100mm mounting, which is virtually all modern monitors. Check that your monitor has VESA holes on the back.
Do I need to remove the monitor's original stand?
Yes. You'll remove the original stand and attach the Ergotron's VESA adapter. It's a simple process that takes less than 5 minutes.
